GENERAL

Please note that The Holistic Dog Groomer and The Holistic Dog Grooming Academy are not responsible for the productivity and/or success of you and your business. 

As a student of The Holistic Grooming Academy and Mentee of The Holistic Dog Groomer, it is crucial you are honest at all times to receive the best service. 

Failure to disclose any of the below information correctly may result in the termination of your membership.

While we may offer you advice and guidance based on our own experience, we are not accountants or lawyers, and therefore all students must do their own due diligence before making decisions for themselves and their business. 

Neither the course or mentoriship is non-transferable and cannot be gifted to another person unless at the discretion of Stephanie Zikmann. 

COMPLAINTS

For complaints, you may contact Stephanie via woof@stephaniezikmann.coach and express your concern(s), please allow up to 7 working days for a response but rest-assured your enquiry will be answered. 

REFUNDS

There is a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for both our courses and mentorship programme, however, you MUST let us know as soon as you have made payment of your decision to cancel to receive a full refund. We will ask upon receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase unless you tell us specifically to proceed with sending your material, we will wait for 14-days before sending you course content. 

After the 14-day cooling-off period is passed, you will not be eligible for a refund for either the course and/or mentorship. Once digital files are sent, they cannot be recovered. 

PAYMENT PLANS

You can choose to pay for the course in 3-monthly instalments of £175.00.

COURSES

The Holistic Grooming Diploma is accredited through The Complementary Medical Association, and Certified via CPDUK. The content has been designed to enhance the professional groomer's existing knowledge and skills through education in Canine Behaviour, Safe-Handling, Observation, Communication, Self-Care, Customer Relationships, and Basic Business Skills. 

All content within the Academy and as part of the mentorship is strictly confidential and copyrighted. You may not share, screen-shot or similar any of the resources and/or information you receive as a student of the Academy or Mentee of The Holistic Dog Groomer. 

The Holistic Grooming Academy will be sure to keep updating course conent to ensure it complies with up-to-date methods, however it is the responsibility of the student to do their own due diligence when carrying out their professional roles, and to keep updated upon completion of the course, and for the rest of their lives.

Students have six months from the date of they receive their course content, to complete, and pass their course. You can extend this timeframe for an additional fee of £100 per month. 

Additionally, students have one resubmission per unit to pass. Additional submissions will incur a fee of £50 per Unit. Please make sure you let your tutor know if you are struggling. 

MENTORING

Students of the Holistic Grooming Academy can opt into our mentoring programme with The Holistic Dog Groomer at a discounted rate of £700 for 6-months (normally £1000) - this includes one 60-minute session each month, and a welcome pack. This service is restricted to five people. 

Missed mentoring appointments cannot be rescheduled and/or backdated. You. may book another appointment for a discounted hourly fee of £50.00 (normally £75). Please give at least 48-hours notice should you feel you cannot make an appointment. 

Please come prepared to your sessions and have any questions you wish to ask readily available for the conversation. 

Additionally, if you require further assistance you can contact The Holistic Dog Groomer online via the Private Members Page. While she is available anytime to help, it is also important to be respectful of her time and family commitments as much as possible during non-working hours/days. 

INCENTIVES

As a graduate of The Holistic Grooming Academy you will be able to use the "Certified Holistic Groomer" logo on your social outlets, and business marketing material. 

You will receive lifetime access to the Student Members Group, and receive further discounts on all future material/merchandise within the Academy.

BULLYING AND DISCRIMINATION

Any bullying, discrimination, shaming, name-bashing, or slander of any kind towards others including students of the Holistic Grooming Academy, or towards The Holistic Dog Groomer herself will result in the immediate removal of the academy without a refund.
